TOSA SWEET PEPPERS

This glossy green pepper is larger than a shishito, growing to around 15 centimeters long. Its soft flesh and mild flavor make it ideal to grill whole, or added to stir fries. Tosa sweet peppers are grown all year in the field and in greenhouses.
